What makes a toy a Flop?
A Flop didn't quite hit our usual aesthetic standard. A small air bubble, a colour swirl that went its own way, a finish that's slightly off. Nothing about how it performs. The quirk will always be shown in the listing, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Is it still body-safe?
Completely. Every Flop is made from the same platinum-cured silicone as our full-price toys, certified to ISO 10993-10. The flaw is cosmetic only. It doesn't touch safety, feel or function.
Will I see the flaw before I buy?
Yes. Every Flop is individually photographed and the quirk is described in the listing. No surprises.
Why is it discounted?
Because it didn't pass our looks test, not our pleasure test. You get the same handmade quality at a lower price, purely because of how it looks, never because of how it performs.
Can I return a Flop?
Flops are sold as seen. If the flaw shown and described in the listing is the one that turns up, that's not grounds for a return. If something arrives different to what was listed, get in touch and we'll sort it.
When will my Flop be dispatched?
Order any time before midnight and it ships the next working day. Our studio dispatches Monday to Friday, so a Sunday order ships Monday, a Thursday order ships Friday and Friday or Saturday orders ship Monday.
Will this Flop come back in stock?
No. Every Flop is a one-off. Once it's gone, it's gone. We don't remake or restock them.
