All of our items are handmade to order.
That means we don’t keep finished products sitting on shelves.
Each order is carefully made by hand, one at a time, just for you.
Because everything is handmade, the time it takes us to make an order can vary slightly throughout the year.
What this means
When you place an order, we:
- Make your item from scratch
- Allow time for curing and finishing
- Check it carefully for quality
- Pack it discreetly and prepare it for dispatch
This process takes time - and that time can change depending on how busy we are.

Why this can change
Our lead times go up and down because:
- Every item is handmade
- Some periods are naturally busier than others
- Sales, launches, and holidays increase demand
- We don’t rush production
We’d always rather take a little extra time and do things properly.
