When will my order be dispatched?
Order any time before midnight and it ships the next working day. Our studio dispatches Monday to Friday, here's how that breaks down:
- Sunday → dispatched Monday
- Monday → dispatched Tuesday
- Tuesday → dispatched Wednesday
- Wednesday → dispatched Thursday
- Thursday → dispatched Friday
- Friday → dispatched Monday
- Saturday → dispatched Monday
What about bank holidays and Christmas?
Your order will go out on the first available working day. If a bank holiday falls on a Friday, our cutoff moves back to Wednesday. We'll always let you know if dispatch changes around a closure.
What if I order a Ships Tomorrow toy alongside a made-to-order toy?
Your whole order will wait until everything's ready, including the Ships Tomorrow item. If you want it fast, place it as a separate order and your made-to-order piece can follow once it's made. We subsidise shipping on all orders, so placing two won't cost you much more.
Are Ships Tomorrow toys the same quality as made-to-order?
Yes. Every toy across all four collections is made from the same platinum-cured silicone, held to the same standard and checked before it's ever listed. The only difference is timing, these were made before you ordered.
Do Ships Tomorrow toys cost more?
No. Always Ready and Eco-Edition are priced at Surprise Me, our lowest price point. One and Done is individually priced per toy. Flopped But Still Hot is discounted from standard pricing. Fast dispatch doesn't cost you extra.
What's the difference between the four collections?

Can I customise a Ships Tomorrow toy?
No, every toy exists exactly as listed. If you want full control over colour, firmness and base, our main range is built for that, just bear in mind those toys are made to order and won't ship the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Ships Tomorrow dispatch applies wherever we ship to. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location.
