1. Insert the bullet vibrator into the designated opening at the bottom of the grinder. Ensure it is fully seated before attaching the grinder.

2. Secure the grinder to a pillow, cushion, chair or a partner’s thigh using the included straps.

4. Straddle the grinder and lower yourself onto the mound.
